Starks: Bowl “Season” – Is it Necessary?; CNO Sports: Wave-V-Tiger Wrestling, Girls Hoops Roundup; Brown: Postal Service; DDC 2012 Plans & More

Hi everyone,

The following have been posted for January 7, 2012, at County News Online:

From the Editor

So how many of you watched all 35 bowl games this year? Is it over yet? George Starks talks about 11 in 1971. I remember when all games took place on January 1 on 2 or 3 networks. I’d surf all day. With 35 (plus or minus) and a half dozen networks over a 1-month span, it’s just too much trouble.
